    I utilize the Quaker individual discernent process, which emphasizes your personal relationship with the Sacred both within and without.

The Discernment Process

  • Deepened Listening

    In this phase, you spend time listening deeply and attending to your Spirit in order to align your needs and your goals

  • This season of Life

    In this phase, you will look at the present season of your life and discover how it has both limited and freed you.

  • Bulbs in Winter

    This step focuses on the gift at the heart of waiting by using the image of a sleeping bulb, allowing you to reframe obstacles in a supportive manner.
